1. Admission process

  • The Front office staff at the reception will assist you during the admission process.
  • All the medical record will be stored in the MRD of the hospital for future reference.
  • The front office will also guide the patient and attendees to select a relevant category of room.
  • In addition they will guide you to the hospital office for further clarifications and queries, the reception of our hospital is open 24/7.

2. Discharge Process

The front office will assist you in the discharge process. It usually takes 1 to 3 hours after the doctors order, Once the final bill is generated , you are expected to clear all the dues, your dues by cash/ card/phone.
The receptionist will hand over your discharge summary file.
Before the process the on duty nburse will explain to the attendee medication you need to continue after the dischargeand all the follow-up instructions.

Patient responsibilities

In Chirayu critical care Patient/ Attendants are responsible for

  • Providing information about Name, age, mobile number, provide with proof (adhar card, driving license, voters ID etc)
  • Actually informing the doctors about the effectiveness of the treatment 
  • Respecting all the staff members with courtesy and respect.
  • Before signing any consent form, it is the responsibility of the attendants to understand all the procedures.
HDU (High Dependence Unit) (Also Known as Step down icu)
Our HDU is a specially staffed and equipped area of the hospital that provides a level of care intermediate between ICU care and general ward care. HDU of our hospital provides invasive monitoring and support for patient with single organ failure who is at a risk of developing a condition which is life threatening .The main difference is the nurse patient rates which is 1:3 in the HDU. The same amount of care is given to the patient as in the ICU.

  • Only single patient attender allowed in HDU.
  • We provide 09 beds in HDU
  • In HDU (Dialysis) procedure is also done.
