Insurance and TPA

In Chirayu hospital, to ensure smooth facilitation of our cashless policy and documentation, we have tie-ups with TPAs/ Insurance companies.


Essential Documents required for Cashless services :

  • Valid Cashless card / Insurance policy.
  • Copy of Aadhar card
  • Employee ID card (It can be corporate group insurance policy).
    1. Planned Hospitalization : Contact the reception desk, they will guide you to the office of Chirayu critical care. You are requested to submit all the essential documents –> Admit process day.
    2. Emergency hospitalization : Afetr admission –> Contact the reception –> Submit the essential documents as early as possible for neccesary formalities

If authorization for “Cashless services ” is received from the insurance company / TPA, Patient is allowed to undergo treatment at the hospital as per approval 



Denial of Cashless service

In case of denial of cashless services by the TPA, the patient is requested to settle all the hospital bill themselves. We at Chirayu hospital will the supply all the bills and reports to enable the patient to claim for reimbursement with the insurance company / TPA. At present Chitayu critical care hospital is empanelled.

We can in the process of getting empanelled many other TPA’s and Insurance companies.

Payment for Non - autorized terms

The Insurance company/ TPA may pay a part of the total bill. In case the patient will have to settle the balance amount at the time of discharge. 

The insurance company/ TPA does not pay for everything certain expenses called as non admissible expenses have to be paid by the patient.

Discharge Process
  • In Chirayu hospital prior to discharge, the final bill, all treatment details, pharmacy bills, reports etc, discharge summary of the patient is sent to insurance/ TPAs for final approval.
  • In any Query is raised, it will be answered immediatly, once TPA/ insurance company is totally convinced then the final approval is given, the patient is clear for discharge.
